How long does it take?
We typically require two weeks from completion of our first questionnaire, through to issuing the Sales Insights Report, though timelines may vary.
Do you help me implement the recommendations?
We certainly can, though you can equally implement them in-house.  Our sales insights report will provide a series of recommendations, and we can discuss with you the best way to implement them in your business.
I’m busy - how much time will I need to dedicate?
While most of the work sits with us, you will need to make time for the online questionnaire (10-20 minutes), the face-to-face workshop(up to half a day), and time for us to share the report findings (1 hour).
What else will I need to share?
The more information we have, the more value you will get from the workshop and insights report. The questionnaire will help us understand what you currently have in place, and we will request information off the back of that.  It could include, for example, any collateral you currently use (e.g., marketing documentation, proposal templates, etc.).

Absolutely. While many founders start solo, involving your sales, marketing, or operations team in the workshop often leads to richer insights and smoother implementation.
What if I’ve already worked with a sales coach orconsultant?
